Just had to drop you a line to tell you just how slick we have found FF
Billing Manager Pro to be in our organization.
We are a Board of Trustees in an Improvement District (very small form of
municipal government) and we needed a better way to Invoice our residents for
annual Water Tolls and Parcel Taxes. Actually the preparation was months in the
making as we had to do a revised Assessment Roll and generally make many changes
in the way we were doing things.....
BUT...now all the Invoices have gone out and we have received some payments
back and we have discovered some mistakes we have made... The way FF Billing
Pro has handled everything goes far beyond the word impressive. WOW! It really
is hard to believe your application works so well, when our Invoices are
designed as Assessment Notices, Invoices, Notice of Court of Revision, and the
main tracker of Properties (with description) in the District. Needless to say
the Trustees are absolutely amazed. I can tell you our deposits are up over
three times what they normally are for this time of the year....and we know
exactly where every cent came from-- that wasn't always the case :-)
I could go on to tell you the reaction to the many features that are built-in
to FF Billing Manager Pro, but it would take a lot of space. There are still a few who
didn't believe that I was talking on the phone while I have sent copies of
Invoices or Statements (right from the program) either by Fax or Email....and
when I pulled a diskette from my shirt pocket and told them "this is the
complete Assessment Roll with all current Invoices and record of payment"...
It is a good thing we paid for the program before we knew how good it was --
it is worth a LOT more after you really get to use it.
Thanks so much for the wonderful product. It is very rare that an
Application delivers many times more then ever expected. We should be sending

pales in comparison to the swift and quick response when support was
